On November 14, vice governor of Heilongjiang province, Hu Yafeng with other 9 people researched in deep-sea engineering and high technology of ship collaborative innovation center, in the company of director of the center management committee Liu Zhigang and director of committee director Xia Guihua, visited the center of national defense science and Technology Key Laboratory of underwater acoustic technology, underwater robot technology of national defense science and Technology Key Laboratory, ship power key research center, Ministry of education Marine Simulation Center, heard a report on the development of scientific research cooperation center, and serving the local and regional economic situation.
Xia Guihua introduced the development situation of the scientific research funds to the center section, construction of scientific research conditions of the platform, major scientific research project progress, the transformation of scientific research achievements, and the collaboration among the service industry, serving local economy, and the provincial enterprises. Liu Zhigang said that in recent years with the strong support of the provincial science and Technology Department as well as ministry committee, center carried out fruitful collaboration with related province of diesel powered dual fuel industries and other enterprises.
Liu Zhigang hoped to further develop central discipline, scientific research, personnel training advantages, in marine engineering and other aspects more further “seamless joint” with some related departments and enterprises in Heilongjiang province, continuously pushed forward the collaborative innovation of government, university and enterprise, mode a greater contribution to the economic development of Longjiang as well as national marine construction.
Hu Yafeng affirmed the development and construction of the center.
