On November 13, a group of people headed by the Director of the General Administration of Customs, Yu Guangzhou and the Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Lu Hao came to the center for an on-site investigation. Those visiting leaders, accompanied by Liu Zhigang, director of the Center Management Committee and Xia Guihua, director of the Center Director Committee, visited the Harbin Institute of Military Engineering Memorial and the Simulation Center for ships.

Liu Zhigang introduced the historical evolution of Harbin Engineering University to the visiting leaders and the current developing situations of deep-sea engineering and high technology of ships collaborated with Innovation Center in aspects of personnel training, scientific researches, etc as well.

Those visiting leaders fully affirmed the contribution that our Center had made to the development of the national shipping industry and defence equipment, hoping that we will continue to maximize our advantage in the field of shipping and sea and to make greater contribution to economic and social development of both national and local.
