Two Scientists appointed as HEU Visiting Professors

On the November 14th, 2014 two excellent scientists, YANG Xiaoniu and LOU Caiyi, were appointed as HEU Visiting Professors. At the appointment ceremony, Vice President XIA Guihua read the appointment statement. President LIU Zhigang presented them with the appointment letters and their school badges. YANG Xiaoniu graduated from the Northwest Institute of Telecommunication Engineering (now Xidian University) in 1988. He is a member of Chinese Academy of Engineering and works as the Chief Scientist in China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. LOU Caiyi graduated with a Master degree from Xidian University in 1998. He is now the deputy director of the No.36 Institute of the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. He is also honored with an allowance awarded by the State Council.
