The 11th National Sea Ice Academic Conference & 3rd Polar Equipment Technology Innovation Forum is scheduled to take place in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, from November 23 to November 25, 2023. Co-hosted by the Sea Ice Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Oceanography and Harbin Engineering University, the conference is currently accepting special topic submissions from relevant personnel.

With a central theme of “Polar Environment, Technology, and Equipment”, the conference will facilitate academic discussions and exchanges of achievements on scientific and engineering issues related to sea ice properties, polar environment, polar equipment and technology, and polar development.
