On March 30, Liu Min, Deputy General Manager of CSSC Haizhou System Technology Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit Harbin Engineering University. The two sides held discussions on the development and promotion of shipbuilding industrial software, joint talent cultivation, and related cooperation. Han Duanfeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Harbin Engineering University Committee and Vice President of HEU, attended the meeting.

Han Duanfeng welcomed the delegation and noted that China State Shipbuilding Corporation is one of HEU’s most important strategic partners. He said the two sides have built a solid foundation for cooperation in scientific research and talent cultivation. He expressed the hope that both sides would establish a regular communication mechanism and deepen practical cooperation in industrial software development and promotion, joint talent training, teaching resource development, and industry-university-research integration.

Liu Min introduced the development of CSSC Haizhou, describing the company as a core enterprise under CSSC focused on industrial software and system technology. He said CSSC Haizhou is committed to building an independent and controllable industrial software system. He also expressed the hope that the company’s software could be introduced to the university campus, and that both sides could strengthen cooperation in joint R&D, postgraduate training, graduate recruitment, and the transformation of research achievements.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on industrial software technology breakthroughs, curriculum development, practical training platform construction, joint talent cultivation, and the promotion of research outcomes. Before the meeting, Liu Min and his delegation visited the Harbin Military Engineering Institute Memorial Museum and HEU’s exhibition of scientific and technological achievements.
