The 4th Conference of Innovation & Cooperation in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (ICNAME 2019) was held in Harbin City from August 9 to 12, 2019. The conference was jointly held with the 8th National Ocean Vehicle Design & Production Competition and the 2019 International Ocean Vehicle Design & Production Invitation Competition. The conference conducted in-depth exchanges on special topics and organized bilateral/multilateral cooperation talks focusing on the international research hot topics in the fields of digital ship and smart ship (including smart ship & unmanned ship, digital twin, numerical tank, unmanned underwater vehicle).
