On 17th september,2021, HEU held an online meeting with The Marinette Marine Industry Center, Russia held an fruitful cooperation online conference. 



Vice President Prof. Guihua XIA hosted the meeting. the both sides made an agreement on holding ICNAME jointly and defined the main topic of ICNAME 2021 as “Digital and SMART ship” & “Green Ships”. 



Prof. Guihua XIA and the chief manager of The Marinette Marine Industry Center Alexander Savelievich Pinsky discussed the issues on JIP cooperation.
